Seeking expert insight on trauma, relationships, mental health, or inclusive care?

I am a therapist with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Nova Southeastern University and over 10 years of experience in the fields of mental health and social services. My expertise lies in trauma-informed care, relational wellness, and navigating the intersections of identity, mental health, and culture.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported diverse communities in a variety of roles, including supervising at a youth treatment center, providing substance use treatment, and working as a Family Preservation Worker in the Northwest Territories.

I bring a grounded, inclusive lens to every conversation, offering commentary, workshops, and interviews that center healing, equity, and community well-being.
