FAMILY RESTORATION PROCESS

Group of five people sitting on couches in a living room, laughing and talking while holding mugs and a phone.

Our Family Restoration Process is designed to guide families through conflict toward healing, understanding, and reconnection. Facilitated by a licensed therapist, the process unfolds in three structured phases:

  • A group of people sitting around a wooden table in a meeting, some taking notes.

Phase one: Orientation & Readiness (90–120 minutes)

A group preparation session to establish emotional safety, set expectations, and ensure everyone feels ready to participate.

  • Multiple hands placed on a tree trunk in a forest, showing unity and teamwork.

Phase Two: Family Restoration Day (2.5–3 hours)

A guided space where each family member can share experiences, express emotions, take accountability, and co-create new commitments for moving forward.

  • Arrangement of cut-out words on a black background spelling 'you are the change'.

Phase Three: Integration & Reflection (90 minutes, optional)

A follow-up session to check in, reflect on progress, and reinforce family intentions.
