My work centers on individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relational patterns, and the complexities of ambition, identity, and connection.

With training in Imago Relationship Therapy, I support couples in rebuilding intimacy, strengthening communication, and approaching marriage with intention. I also work with individuals exploring generational influences, cultural identity, workplace stress, and the emotional impact of sustained responsibility.

Research & Advocacy

Anansia is a thoughtful advocate for strengthening supervision pathways and advancing equitable licensure processes across Canada and the United States. Her research examines structural and economic barriers within counselor training and professional development, with a focus on enhancing sustainability, accessibility, and clinical excellence across the counseling field. Through scholarship, cross-border dialogue, and engagement with clinicians at various stages of practice, she is committed to contributing to a more supported, ethically grounded, and future-focused profession.
