Our Story
It started with a pattern. Wedding professionals kept telling me, “I feel like I become their therapist,” “I’m holding so much emotion,” and “It’s exhausting.” You are hired to execute a vision, yet you often find yourself managing anxiety, conflict, family tension, and emotional overwhelm. What gets labeled as bridezilla is not always attitude. Sometimes it is anxiety, depression, attachment triggers, or something deeper.
As a couples therapist working with engaged partners, I saw how wedding planning can amplify mental health challenges and how unprepared professionals were left carrying emotional weight that was never theirs to hold. That is why this training was created. Not to turn you into a therapist, but to help you recognize red flags, respond in a trauma informed way, maintain professional boundaries, and protect your business. When professionals feel prepared, everyone benefits.
